The SAM2 serials still work, just type them into the content manager app located at Resources/plugins/SAM. For SAM3 to work correctly, any old SAM2 version should be completely uninstalled (including all extensions), including SAM Suite itself! Please keep in mind that after reinstallation all paid extensions have to be activated again. Also the activation of the extensions is done in it. We have a new tool called ContentManager, which works similarly, but now can be run both in game and externally.

So if you like it especially realistic like in SAM2, feel free to disable this option.Īn important new feature regarding the SAM Suite (the installation manager) known in SAM2: This cannot be used for SAM3. Note that this can lead to optical errors. This will always connect jetways to the aircraft, even if the 3D object would not actually allow this due to its dimensions. The options menu offers a few new settings, the most important one is the option "always connect jetway" which is activated by default.

In addition, there is an automatic configuration tool for Marshaller, which does the registration in seconds. Also, a VDGS display can now be used correctly for multiple parking positions. Of course, custom jetway objects can still be included. Nevertheless, there is still the option to set doors, takeoff position and other values individually. Airports configured in SAM3 do not require the definition of jetways or VDGS systems, these are registered fully automatically. The eyebrow windows are not included as those were bugged on this model.īraathens LN-TUA livery for the Ultimate 737-700. I will therefor also make the rest of the Braathens 737-700 fleet later on. This is a repaint requested by the upcoming vBraathens. It then again changed livery multiple of times before it got scrapped in 2018, then flying for SAS. It got repainted somewhere between 19 to this livery shown, and then again repainted in 2003 to show that it was flying in the SAS Group (after SAS bought Braathens). LN-TUA got delivered to Braathens in 1998 as the first 737-700 in their fleet. This is the second livery painted on LN-TUA in real life after delivery. This all-metal paint-scheme is loosely based on the Bristol Freighter used by the airline. The "Goliath" of the Australian airline scene eventually was bought out by a tiny three plane air transport company owned by Reg Ansett. ANA met it's demise at the hands of successive Australian governments in the 50s with the aim of destroying its monopoly and promoting the government owned airline Trans-Australia Airlines (TAA). Australian National Airways (ANA) grew to be the biggest airline in the world at one time and some ANA pilots were seconded to little known start-up airline, Cathay Pacific. A retro livery for the 737-700U.Īustralian National Airways (ANA) was one of the world's pioneer airline companies that started out originally as a Tasmanian based airline called Holyman Airways in 1932. Unfortunately, Wikipedia doesn't do the history of this airline justice and if you want to find out more, see if you can get a hold of the book The Forgotten Giant of Australian Aviation: Australian National Airways by Peter Yule. Please do not redistribute this livery or parts of this livery without permissionĪ salute to a bygone era.
